The Nash is a non-smoking community. Smoking of cigarettes and other substances/devices is strictly prohibited in your apartment home as well as throughout the community grounds. Failure to comply with the Nash smoking policy will result in eviction.

You may paint your apartment walls; however, you are responsible for restoring them to their original color before moving out. For more information, please contact the leasing office.
