The Nash offers flexible lease terms ranging from 12 to 15 months. Month-to-month renewals are available at the end of your lease term for a $500 monthly premium, and short-term leases are also available for an additional $500 monthly premium. Move-in costs at The Nash typically include a security deposit and an administrative fee. If applicable, pet deposits and parking fees are collected at move-in. As your lease end date approaches, our team at The Nash will reach out with renewal options and new lease term lengths. Is Wi-Fi available in common areas?

How do I update my contact information?

Are grills allowed on balconies or patios?
Electric and other non-open-flame grills are allowed on patios and balconies at The Nash. Community grilling spaces are also available next to the pool — perfect for socializing on a summer day.
What is the smoking policy?
The Nash is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and other substances — is strictly prohibited inside apartment homes and throughout all community grounds. Residents who violate this policy may be subject to fines and/or eviction.
What happens if I lose my key or access fob?
If you lose a key or access fob to The Nash, contact our leasing office as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. Please note that a replacement fee may apply. For after-hours lock-out assistance, call the leasing office emergency line at 651-377-2945.

What are your office hours?
The Nash is open from 10am – 6pm Monday through Friday and from 10am – 5pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday!
Do you have EV charging stations?
The Nash does not currently offer on-site EV charging stations at this time. However, there are convenient public charging options nearby, including stations in Apple Valley (about 6.7 miles away) and Lakeville (about 6.2 miles away).

What is the guest policy?
Guests are welcome at The Nash. A guest may stay for up to 14 consecutive nights without prior approval. No individual guest may stay more than 14 nights total in any calendar month without prior written consent from management. For extended visits or special circumstances, contact the leasing office in advance.
Are storage units available?
The Nash does not currently offer on-site rentable storage units. Residents who need additional storage may find that the oversized closets in each apartment home provide ample space. Several nearby self-storage facilities are also available, including Public Storage in Rosemount and Extra Space Storage in Apple Valley.

The Nash is a pet-friendly apartment community in Rosemount! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment, including dogs and cats. We utilize PetScreening to monitor all four-legged residents, with a $30 annual PetScreening fee. We do, however, have breed restrictions for Akitas, American Bulldogs, Boxers, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Dalmatians, German Shepherds, Huskies, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terriers, and any Wolf Hybrid.
