Do we require renter's insurance?

Yes, we require a minimum liability policy of $100,000 when you chose to call our apartment communities home. Our community offers ePremium as an alternative insurance and security deposit option. Be sure to ask our team to learn more!

What is your pet policy?

We're thrilled to welcome your furry friends! You can have up to two pets per apartment, but please note we have a few breed restrictions. We use Pet Screening to keep track of our four-legged residents. There's a $25 monthly pet rent per pet and a one-time pet fee of $300 per pet. Restricted breeds include Akitas, American Bulldogs, Boxers, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Dalmatians, German Shepherds, Huskies, Karelian Bear Dogs, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Staffordshire Terriers, and any Wolf Hybrid.

What does the application and leasing process look like?

​Each application is screened using a third party. Your income to rent ratio, credit/rental history, and criminal history are all determining factors. Any applicant who meets all our rental criteria is welcome to call our community home.

What is the average rent?

The average rent is $1,992.

Applying is a breeze and completely paperless! Just hop onto The Nash website and click "Apply" in the top right-hand corner. Once approved, we'll send the application to your email.

How do I pay rent?

Paying rent is super simple! You can do it via The Nash Resident Portal or by sending us a check.

How do I submit a maintenance or service request?

We've made it easy for you! You can submit a service request through our resident portal or simply email us. If it's an emergency, call us immediately so we can jump into action.

You'll be responsible for setting up your electricity, cable, and internet. It's pretty straightforward!
